Jade is the owner of Synergy Elite and will also be a head coach for all the competition teams this season. She is a varsity qualified cheer and dance judge with in-depth knowledge for these sports with the understanding of the score sheets that are used at the competitions. Her goal
is to build a program to help all athletes gain more experience and to show, continued, good progression through learning new skills. She has previously choreographed and coached several recreational and competition teams, with one team competing recently at the final of All Star Worlds 2024 in Florida, placing 6th in the world. She is so excited for this new adventure and cannot wait to show the cheer world who Synergy Elite are!
